These Terms govern your use of Plug Pump (plugpump.fun), a Solana token launchpad operated by Deanta Raymond, Texas, USA ("Plug Pump," "we," "us"). By using Plug Pump you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old. You may not use Plug Pump if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to U.S. sanctions, or if you are on any sanctions list. You are responsible for following all laws that apply to you, including tax laws.
Your wallet keys are generated and encrypted in your own browser with your password. We never hold your private keys or your funds and cannot access, freeze, move, or recover them. If you lose your password and backup, your funds are lost forever. You are responsible for keeping your device, password, and backup secure.
Tokens on Plug Pump are memecoins created by users. They have no intrinsic value, are not investments, and are not endorsed by Plug Pump. Prices are extremely volatile and can go to zero. Nothing on Plug Pump is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Only use money you can afford to lose.
Transactions on the Solana blockchain are final and cannot be reversed by us. Network fees apply to transactions.
Card or bank purchases of crypto are processed by a third-party onramp provider, such as Stripe, under its own terms and identity checks (KYC). Crypto you buy is delivered directly to your own wallet. Plug Pump does not sell crypto and never takes custody of your money or your crypto.
Plug Pump relies on third parties, including the Solana network, onramp providers, swap routers, RPC providers, and external market data. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, fees, or actions.
Plug Pump may charge platform fees on some transactions. Any applicable fee is shown in the app before you confirm a transaction.
You may not use Plug Pump for fraud, market manipulation, rug pulls, impersonation, infringing anyone's intellectual property, illegal or harmful content, money laundering or terrorist financing, or attacking, scraping abusively, or disrupting the site.
You are responsible for the token names, tickers, images, and other content you create. We may hide or remove content or tokens from the site at our discretion.
Plug Pump is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Plug Pump and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits, or data, arising from your use of the site, bugs, outages, third-party services, or market movements. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plug Pump and its operator from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the site, your content, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time, including for violating these Terms. Because your wallet is non-custodial, your funds stay in your wallet and remain accessible with your keys.
We may update these Terms. The new version applies once posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Plug Pump means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
